Adoptables Info

Terms Of Service- Payment will be done through PayPal or Ko-Fi only, and all prices will be in US Dollars
- Please do not pay until I have accepted your purchase.
- I will hold your claim request for up to 24 hours. If payment isn't done by then the adoptable will be relisted as available.
- Payment is expected upfront.
- After your purchase has been cleared I will send you the individual drawing of your adoptable without a watermark, as well as a transparent version of the design. I will need your mail for this, or another platform where I can send the files through.Ownership and Editing- Any and all adoptables purchased from me may be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
- You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner.
- If you wish to publish your adoptable on any of your pages please link me as the designer!
- You are free to edit the adoptable however you want; they have no set name, gender, age, etc.
- HOWEVER, do NOT change it so drastically that it becomes a complete different design from the original.
- Please do not edit my original drawing unless I give you permission to do so.
- As the artist, I retain the right to use the image of the adoptable for promotional uses, but that will be the only thing I will use it for. Once you purchase, it will be YOUR OC.Reselling/Trading/Gifting- Reselling is allowed, but you may NOT resell any of my designs for higher than their initial price.
- Trading is allowed
- Gifting is allowedAdditional Terms-There shall not be any sort of reproduction or printing of my work made for profit or mass distribution without me agreeing to it.
- You may NOT trace or copy my art.
- You may NOT turn my design into a Close Species.
- Clients DO NOT have permission to mint my art or sell it as an NFT
- You may NOT use any of my art for/in AI programs.
- There will be NO REFUNDS.

Commission Info

General Information:- WILL DRAW: OCs, Fanart, Light Gore, Furries/Anthros (depending on complexity)
- WON'T DRAW: NSFW, Extreme Gore, Mecha, Complex Backgrounds, Hateful content
- All commissions will have a simple background/one colour background
- I have the right to refuse a request
- You can expect your commission within 1 to 3 weeks at most after payment, in which case I will send you the finished product through mail and/or another platform were that to be necessary.Payment:
- All payments will be done through Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi, with prices being in US Dollars
- You will have to pay at least half the price upfront. Once that's done I will start on your commission.
- Any extra props/complex characters may have additional fees
- I will send up to 2 previews of your comission for simple corrections (Colours, expressions, etc.), but any major corrections (like new poses or clothes) may carry additional fees.
- Any additional previews or revisions may carry additional fees.
- Commission's with multiple OCs in them may carry additional fees if the pose is too complicated.
- Adding colour and/or shading + highlights will apply for the whole commission regardless of amount of OCs added. However, this does NOT apply for separate commissions (like a bust of a character and a half body of another).TERMS OF SERVICE
- The commission won't be started until at least half the price is paid.
- The finished commission with no watermark won't be sent until the commission is paid in full.
- As the artist, I retain the right to use your commission for promotional uses, but that will be the only thing I will use it for.
- I also retain the right to publish the commission in any of my blogs and other social media sites in order to display my art. If you wish to remain anonymous please tell me.
- My art may only be used and/or printed for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
